How it works:
- Email us at info@tomiwolf.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. No return shipping required for opened bottles.
Damaged or wrong items: Inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away — we'll replace it or refund you, your choice.
Unopened returns: If you'd rather return an unopened bottle, contact us for a prepaid return label.
European Union: If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
