The shampoo
How long does one bottle last?
One 1000 ml bottle lasts about three to four months with daily use. The 2-pack covers six to eight months.
How do I use it?
Wet your hair and scalp with lukewarm water, spread a small amount evenly over both, wait 2–3 minutes, then rinse clean with lukewarm water.
Can I use it every day?
Yes. The directions are once a day. It's weakly acidic at pH 5.5 and was judged non-irritating in a 24-hour patch test on 30 adults.
Is it right for my hair type?
It's made for oily and active scalps: people who sweat, train, or wash often. It leaves hair soft, so it also works if your hair is dry but your scalp gets oily.
Is it OK for a sensitive scalp?
It was judged non-irritating in a 24-hour patch test on 30 adults. Everyone's skin is different, though: if you notice redness, itching or swelling, stop using it and see a dermatologist. The full ingredient list is on our ingredients page.
What does it smell like?
Apple Musk Neuron Wave: lemon, apple, and peach up top, then lily of the valley, green notes, musk, and sandalwood. The scent is built on two Korean fragrance patents.
Where is it made?
In South Korea, by Life Together Co., Ltd. in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do.

Where do you ship?
All 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. We don't ship internationally yet.
How fast will it arrive?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment; weekend and holiday orders go out the next business day. Most arrive 3–7 business days after shipping, and faster options are available at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Free on U.S. orders of $35 or more after discounts. Below $35, standard rates apply. The 2-pack always ships free.
How do I track my order?
We'll email or text you a tracking link as soon as it ships. Updates can take 24 to 48 hours to appear.
It says delivered, but it isn't here.
Check the shipping address on your order confirmation, ask neighbours or building staff, and contact the carrier. If it still hasn't turned up, email info@tomiwolf.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You have 7 days from delivery. Email info@tomiwolf.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method, even if the bottle is open. You don't need to send an opened bottle back.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
My order arrived damaged or wrong.
Sorry about that. Email info@tomiwolf.com right away with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
