Wet
Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Spread
Put a small amount in your hand and spread it evenly over your hair and scalp.
Wait, then rinse
Leave it on for 2–3 minutes while the menthol kicks in, then rinse clean with lukewarm water.
