Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Free U.S. Shipping on orders $35 or more (after discounts).

  • For orders under $35, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

  • Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

  • We do not yet offer international shipping, but stay tuned — we’re working on it.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

    1. Verify your shipping address.

    2. Check with neighbors or building staff.

    3. Contact the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) with your tracking number.
